I had to change my old patterns as they were no longer serving me because a new me was forming. While finishing my bachelor's and master's degree in social work I had the loneliest, darkest, and scariest days of my life, until it led me to a better version of myself. Through scriptures, education and personal experience, I will discuss topics about mental health and spirituality, to help you with your healing journey.
