Hi everyone and welcome back to another episode of The Breaking Moment podcast!  Today we will be talking about trauma and tools to help us with trauma. How many of you guys' experienced trauma?  If so, you are not alone. According to an article from medical news today, 60-75% of people in North America experience a traumatic event at some point in their lives. Today’s episode will focus on defining what trauma is and provide you with helpful tools. The trauma you went through does not have to stop you from hoping, dreaming or believing. The trauma you went through does not have to stop you from love and happiness. And it does not stop you from God and his plan for you.
