I had to change my old patterns as they were no longer serving me because a new me was forming. While finishing my bachelor's and master's degree in social work I had the loneliest, darkest, and scariest days of my life, until it led me to a better version of myself. Through scriptures, education and personal experience, I will discuss topics about mental health and spirituality, to help you with your healing journey. We all go through things but even through the trialing times it's important that we worship and give God praise. The bible talks about the importance of worship from the Old Testament to the New Testament because worship causes break through! Worship causes Gods presence to meet you where you are! Worship is required & is what were called to do as disciples of Jesus!
